Wrestling 101 (All Ages)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:30-3:30
Learn and Train. Warmup, Drill fundamental footwork, technique session, drilling. Bring water, athletic training clothing. No street shoes exposed zippers or buttons allowed on mat. Bring a Partner, Learn and Sharpen Fundamentals. All Experience Levels Welcome. 18 students MAX. NO LIVE WRESTLING
Wrestling Fundamentals (kids 5-10)

Early Risers - Sunrise Conditioning
6am Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Outdoor Sunrise workouts starting June 2nd
Monday – MAF Run,
Wednesdays – Active Recovery
Friday – Sprints.
Conditioning and Recovery built into an AM workout. Prepare the mind and body for everything that life can bring with it. Enjoy the cool morning and rising sun every week. Progressive distance Low HR run for time to start the week, mid-week reset for the mind and body, warmup and test yourself to roll into the weekend.
Gratitude
There is a science behind gratitude. Expressing gratitude in an athletic context encourages play, pushing limits , and creativity while building psychological ane social resources that can be relied upon in difficult times. Acknowledgement of the things that we have and expressing appreciation for those things is a core principle while training.
